Not happy with the experience at all. First, when we arrived on the main island, we were told to wait an hour until the long tail could take us. The guide told us he would watch our luggage, but when we came back, no one was watching it. …

I stayed in 706. Very poor air conditioner in room. Room was hot all time. Staff is not professional. Pick and drop was free but we were denied drop saying boat is full. Food options and breakfast is not that great either. There is no room service. Even no intercom in room. Overall very disappointed.

The pictures of the hotel are deceptive. This property is located away from main centre and unless you are planning a leisure holiday only at the resort and not willing to explore other phi phi adventure activities, I wouldn’t recommend this resort. It’s so disconnected to main land and the taxi boat drivers be it of the resort/local rob you off crazy. They say it’s 100/ bhat per person but they won’t come to your time of convenience. You will have to wait for the boat to fill else pay higher to the tune of 500 bhat per journey. Room facilities were very mediocre. For the price we paid there was no value for money! The paradise pearl which nearby seems to be a better choice than this.

This place is a great beach resort if you take a room on a first beach lane (only 9 rooms available) then it makes yours stay unique, very long, clean, secluded, sandy beach with a view on Ko Phi Phi Lee island! Another great thing is their beach view restaurant with very very tasty thai food (fairly cheap). However, overall rooms are rundown and dont look fresh so as their territory which can be easily improved. Not sure of experience of other rooms on 2nd and 3rd lanes as there is no view either. You can get a long tail boat to main city reachable in 10 min for 100-150 baht per person

The location is really great and also the bungalows are nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was alright for the price. Unfortunately there was no pool (the photos show one), and everything is a lot more expensive than the main area of Koh PhiPhi.

Opening the door is a hotel by the sea. Facilities are so-so. A bit old. But the point is the location. This is the view when you really open the window. The price/performance ratio is very good. It is best to ask customer service to confirm the room type. The first row must be the best.

Very poor service and no instructions told to us about pick up and drop then they said boat is full pay more money for drop to the pier. Rooms had seepages , there was ac not working and water was stinky . But when you look out you see sea. Overall very disappointing service and stay.

Overall satisfied, breakfast was average, not many choices and not replenished in time. Fortunately, it is a beachside dining where you can enjoy the morning sunshine on the beach while eating. Not noisy at night and very quiet!
